Day of Support
Saturday, February 28th
Please join the National Alliance for Eating Disorders on Saturday, February 28, 2026, for our National Day of Support, Support Group-a-Thon! From 8:00 am to 12:00 am EST (5 am to 9 pm PST) we will offer 25 free, therapist-led, virtual support groups. Groups will be open to individuals experiencing eating disorders (ages 18+) and loved ones (ages 12+) around the globe!
Last year’s National Day of Support was such a tremendous success, and we welcomed more than 1,680 participants to our 25 groups!
Support groups offered include: Pro-Recovery, Friends & Family, LGBTQ+ Pro-Recovery, BIPOC, Chronic Illness, Meal Support, ED & Substance Use Disorders, Individuals in the Military, ED & Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Mid-Life & Beyond, Parents/Guardians in Recovery, and many more!

Each group will run 50 minutes and will begin on time. To attend group, I attest that I have read and agree to all the terms in the Release of Liability.

On Sunday, March 1st—our National Day of Recovery—at 6:00 PM ET, Alliance facilitators with lived experience will come together to share their recovery journeys and answer your questions. This group is open to everyone! We hope you’ll join us for this meaningful conversation rooted in hope, connection, and healing.
